We may have different strategies for different customers and different countries.

Usually, we do EXW Factory (Ex-work), and FOB. If customers ask, we can do C&F and CIF. For some customers, L/C will be considered.

If you do not have your own freight forwarders, then we recommend choosing FOB. Our freight forwarding partners help you transport the goods to a designated domestic location.

If you have a freight forwarder you are familiar with in China, then we recommend choosing EXW. We will give you the address of our factory and then you have your forwarder to pick up the goods. Because it is a freight forwarder you are familiar with, they may give you special discounts or not charge you.

1. What is NPWT?

NPWT is one of the advanced wound care treatments for chronic wounds. Usually, an NPWT is composed of a Negative Pump, a Canister, a tubing (drainage tube+suction tube), a dressing foam, and several films. It will create a sealed, moist, and negative pressure environment to promote wounds healing.

The negative pump does not need to be replaced (unless it’s damaged), but the canisters, tubings, dressing foams, and films shall be replaced regularly.

2. What is your warranty policy for your NPWT products?

Usually, we provide 18 months warranty period for the NPWT pumps for our dealers.

Consumables (including dressing foams, films, and tubings) do not be included. But we will make sure every consumable is well sealed and functionally working.

3. Is this safe? Will I get hurt?

This is a treatment that needs to be treated with caution, and it needs to be performed by a trained professional. We do not recommend that untrained persons use it without permission.

In addition, our NPWT machines are also equipped with multiple emergency protection functions to protect your safety.

1. How many types of nebulizers do you have?

We have two types of nebulizers, Compressor Nebulizers, and Mesh Nebulizers.
Compressor nebulizers are suitable for hospitals, clinics, and family use. We recommend users replace the nebulization kits regularly.

Mesh nebulizers are more suitable for family use. Although its medication cup is reusable, users need to clean and disinfect it regularly. Considering the time and manpower required for cleaning, as well as the particularity of the hospital environment, we think it is more suitable for home use.

2. Do you have ultrasonic nebulizers?

We don’t have ultrasonic nebulizers. Ultrasonic nebulizers will heat the medicine while nebulizing, it may damage the activity of the medicine. Please choose a compressor nebulizer or mesh nebulizer for your families.

3. If I purchase nebulizers from you, can I purchase the nebulization kits or the medication cups from you too?

Sure, you can purchase the nebulization sets and medication cups from us.

In fact, our compressor nebulizers can use common nebulization sets you could find on the market. But we cannot guarantee you that they will 100% match our devices. Please ask for a sample to test before you order from them.

As for mesh nebulizers, considering the difference in the structure, other factories’ medication cups cannot be used on our devices.

4. What is your warranty policy for nebulizers?

We provide a 1-year warranty for the air pumps of compressor nebulizers and the main units of mesh nebulizers. Nebulization sets and medication cups will be considered as consumables, and their warranty is 3 months after first time use.

1. How many types of ventilators do you have?

We have Non-invasive CPAP, Auto-CPAP, and BiPAP ventilators.

2. What is the application of your ventilators?

Our non-invasive ventilators are suitable for Pneumology, Emergency, ICU、Neurosurgery, Neurology, Sleep clinics, Chest Pain centers, home use, etc.

3. What is your warranty policy for ventilators?

We provide a 1-year warranty for our ventilators.

1. Do you have 10L oxygen concentrators?

Yes, we have. In fact, we have 1L, 3L, 5L, and 10L oxygen concentrators, for families, hospitals, or both.

2. What is your warranty policy for oxygen concentrators?

We provide a 1-year warranty for our oxygen concentrators.

3. What certifications do you have for oxygen concentrators?

We have many international certificates for our products, such as CE, FDA, and ISO13485. We also have FSC (free sales certificate) issued by China FDA.

1. What kinds of thermometers do you have?

We have Digital Thermometers, Infrared Thermometers, Ear Thermometers, etc. Most of them are CE-certified, and FDA-cleared.

2. What is your warranty policy for thermometers?

We provide a 1-year warranty for the thermometers.

3. Can I change the temperature units?

Yes, most of our thermometers have °C & °F two units. Users can change freely.

4. Can I put my company’s LOGO on your thermometers?

Sure. You are welcome to customize your devices.

5. What customization options I can choose?

Most of our customers want us to design new packages for them, or want to put their logo on the devices.

Except for these two requirements, you also can choose to customize the color, the temperature unit, the accessories, etc.

1. What BP Monitors do you have?

We categorize our BP monitors into two types. One for hospital/clinic use, one for families.

For hospital use, we have clinical automatic blood pressure monitors, ambulatory blood pressure monitors, and digital blood pressure monitors.

For family use, we recommend our Upper Arm blood pressure monitors, and our Wrist blood pressure monitors.

2. What certificates do you have for BP monitors?

We have CE, FDA, ISO13485, and FSC certificates for our BP monitors.

3. What customization options I can choose?

Most of our customers want us to design a new package for them, or want to put their logo on the device. Except for these two requirements, you also can choose to customize the color, the Unit Options, the accessories, etc.
